Eat Your Greens Smoothie: Spinach Cucumber Rosemary

Morning smoothie is a great way to start a day, especially when you add greens to it. I love a banana, spinach, cucumber and rosemary combination. Sweet, refreshing and rich in vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients

(2 servings)
200 g milk
1 banana
Handful of spinach
1 small cucumber
Rosemary leaves

Steps

1. Pour milk (200 g) into a blender cup, add peeled banana, spinach, cucumber (peel if needed) and a couple of rosemary leaves.

2. Blend until incorporated (about a minute).

3. Pour into 2 cups
